Professional Eligibility & Verification

All purchasers must be licensed healthcare professionals. Verification of licensure, NPI, and/or practice credentials may be required prior to order fulfillment.

Permitted Use & Resale Restrictions

Products may only be used within the purchaser's professional scope of practice. Unauthorized resale to non-licensed individuals is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by law.

Regulatory Disclosure
